a dash of ginger (optional, to proof the yeast!)
and warm 'sugar' and sour cream mix
let rest for 10 minutes (until super duper bubbly!)
add eggs
melted butter
apple cider vinegar
and the almond flour mix
pssst! the dough will be sticky, so use a wet spatula!
(gently!) wet the blade of a knife, to ease cutting
