Allulose does not raise my sugar at all. I used a meter and tested after various times after eating. Please don’t spread false information. Glucose and sucralose can. Keto approved sugars such as, erythritol, monk fruit, Allulose, xylitol, and Bocha Sweet do not raise your blood sugar. Sucralose can cause your body to release insulin while not changing your blood sugar. It depends on each person and you would need to be tested to find out for sure.

I find almond milk with a drizzle of heavy cream is perfect for magic spoon! The cream rounds out the milk flavor and adds a bit more body, which makes it all much more like regular milk.

The only problem is none of the milk alternatives really do it for me. Making my own marshmallows was a bit daunting for me, so I was going to use max mallows. How many grams of marshmallows should I use? I wasnt sure how much a half a batch was. Thanks.

I’m using max mallow because making marshmallows is too daunting of a task. The magic spoon stuff is great, too bad all the non normal milks don’t suite me.

Each one can cause insulin spike.
Also cannot be consider proper Keto.
Its dirty keto.
Also xylitol is poison to the system as well.
Your best bet to work with monkfruit/erythritol mix, as this one will not cause insulin spikes unless you are extremely sensitive as just tasting without actually consuming flavours that taste sweet can set some diabetics into an insulin spike.

I like recipes that don’t rely on overpriced ready made prepackaged stuff that makes things not easily attainable. To many keep sites rely on premade stuff like$6 a bag Lily’s etc. Would love a lower cost homemade option
