Best pasta for Keto!! Love it in spaghetti, cold pasta salads too. Just anything with pasta use gnooda and you will love it!

Love the gnooda pasta! My first shipment arrived late yesterday, too late to plan dinner around it. Tonight however.... I didn't have everything to make your pasta salad so I winged it with what I had. But oh, do I have plans for this pasta! I use to make pasta from scratch before ditching the carbs (my pasta maker is currently collecting dust in the pantry- note to self to donate that thing) and none of the low carb options out there worked for me, probably because I know what fresh pasta tastes like The taste and/or texture was alway off. Then there was gnooda. Gotta remember to take the bolognese out of the freezer for dinner tomorrow night. I may eat pasta every night for a while. Thanks so much Paola! You are the absolute best!

I’ve been loving your pasta with tomato pesto and fresh basil, YUM! Tried this pasta salad recipe tonight and it was great! My mom liked it too. Think I’m gonna make a burger to go with it tomorrow, it is such a wonderful substitute for reg. summer pasta salad! Love your site and your pasta =)
