These are amazing! I made them today. Probably not as pretty as I would like but looks like I’ll have to practice and eat the ones that aren’t perfect! Lol! I’ve tried a few of your recipes. You are truly amazing. I enjoy your magic food. I love that you test the variations and tell us what works best. It saves me time wondering and trying it. You are always spot on. I just made this yesterday — Amazing! The graham crackers and marshmallows alone are truly a low-carb culinary miracle. In addition to these keto “s’mores”, I also made some chocolate covered graham crackers, which used to be one of my favorite treats before going low carb. THANK YOU!!!

THESE ARE DELICIOUS!! I would say even better than the original! I whipped up a batch of your marshmallows using Xylosweet over the weekend and they were great and easy! I was just wondering today with my girl what we wanted to do with leftovers so this was very handy! Since I had cut them up as squares already, mine were a bit wonky, but the graham crackers are delicious and I would even say these are a ‘Gourmet Moon Pie’!! Many blessings beautiful girl!

Our little girl has celiacs and a grain sensitivity and your recipes are the only ones she eats happily! We’ve made it an activity to browse through your recipes and plan the baking for the week 🙂

In reply to Kim. YES!! THANK YOU! I looked and looked to see if you guys had them in the US and I couldn't find anything (clearly my google skills need improving!). In Mexico they're called Mamut and in the UK Wagon Wheels (I lived there for 7 yrs). Hope you love them Kim (I'm obsessed!) ;)
