it’s honestly hard to believe there aren’t more commercial varieties of just maple syrup marshmallows available given how easy it is to make them!

and WHY NOT?! just this past weekend I saw a business on tiktok selling some insanely creative flavors and proving that the possibilities when it comes to marshmallows really are endless (I would just be sure to add it at the end as I’m not sure if the pH would affect the fluffiness… will need to test them out). xo!

no! with few exceptions, all of my desserts will include at least a pinch of salt (way more if its something like chocolate)- as they benefit from seasoning too in order to sharpen the sweetness and flavor

Excited to try! Your maple marshmallows are a staple at this point… do you think chocolate could be in the books too?

Comment on (The Fluffiest!) Keto Lupin Pancakes 🥞 by Paola van der Hulst https://www.gnom-gnom.com/keto-pancakes/comment-page-5/#comment-86399 Mon, 03 Jul 2023 23:45:06 +0000 https://www.gnom-gnom.com/?p=10483#comment-86399 In reply to Katie.

it’s the lupin flour that left the bitter taste Katie. Unfortunately it’s an ingredient which varies A LOT and only a single variety (sourced form australia) had a sweet taste. Alas, the brand lupina is no longer available so I’m a bit at a loss

May I suggest my flourkess pancakes instead? They perhaps have even better reviews nowadays 😉 https://www.gnom-gnom.com/flourless-keto-pancakes/
