You know… I’ve tried and it’s not as good as when made instantly. Frankly what I do in summer (this is my favorite break ie!) is keep avocado frozen and just leave everything in my bullet prepped.

Thoughts on making this a frozen treat?
Also thoughts on as a meal prep? Would this keep well in the fridge overnight? Probably just need to reblend in the morning for breakfast?
