Oh my goodness, this recipe tastes spectacular👏👏👏
As it’s nearly winter here, I served it with cauli mash, steamed broccoli and asparagus and finely julienned zucchini, beetroot and carrot…..it was delicious…..thank you😊

I’m surprised you used arrow root powder, as it is high in carbs. I have gone to using Konjac Root in all of my gravies. In 2 C. of liquid, ½ – 1 tsp. of Konjac Root is all I need. You could certainly add this to the marinade to thicken it.

Hi Lowell! If you read right next to arrowroot it states glucomannan powder which is konjac root 😉 It’s a less common ingredient than arrowroot so I suggest both. Even if you use arrowroot, 1/4 teaspoon per serving comes out to less than 1g carb. xo!

Fantastic! I am always looking for new fish recipes… we live in Alaska, salmon & halibut, or seafood in general are staples in our household, easily eating them three times or more a week!! Looking forward to trying this very soon. Thank you for all you do!

Oh well now I’m jealous! I LOVED Alaska (and the salmon… my goodness!!). Hope you enjoy and it’s my absolute pleasure! 😉 xo!
