Roasted BBQ Chicken Wings ?

From scratch ?

BBQ chicken wings are one of the easiest things you can make in the kitchen. But there’s one thing which will take them from good to great, and that is to make your BBQ sauce at home.

And given that it takes just 15 minutes, you really have no excuse not to.

Plus, if you are either gluten free or keto, it’s the best way to control fully what goes in it (i.e. no syrups, no artificial preservatives, and no sneaky gluten)

One last thing, organic chicken really is the bomb here. So if possible, trade up.

Ah, and make sure to leave some BBQ sauce for extra dipping. Finger-lickingly good. ?

Paola, Happy New Year to you and yours. I would like to thank you for your hard work on this blog. Everything I have tried has been spot on or I tweeked it just a bit to fit my taste buds.
I just finished cooking up a batch of these wings and they came out WONDERFULLY! I did not have Xylitol so I used Erythritol. The sauce was still a bit hot for my taste buds so I added some coconut aminos. Not only did it do the trick it helped combine the other flavors so that one wasn’t overpowering the other. YUMMY!!! Again thank you for your recipes and your work on this blog:)
